Lisa Hicks is an international prophet, evangelist, teacher, and psalmist – whose focus is serving others while enlarging the Kingdom of God. As a prophetic visionary Lisa teaches others through praise, word, worship, and prayer to live intentionally in fiery intimacy with God. Lisa was one of the founders of The Prophet School of York Pa. She serves on the Executive Council for KEY Fellowship and partners with various ministries throughout the United States and around the world. Currently she is a prophetic voice with Harvest Chapel PA.

Jim Kilmartin is the Senior Pastor of Center City Church in Altoona, PA. Jim is a dedicated husband and a father of 6 kids. He is the Founder of Joshua House, a dynamic youth outreach ministry, and the Owner/Operator of Pinnacle Cleaning Services, a commercial cleaning company, servicing the Central Pennsylvania area. Jim served as the mayor of Tyrone, PA from 2006-2010, as well as a past Program Manager of the Blair Chamber’s Young Entrepreneurs Academy (YEA!). Jim strongly believes in living his faith. He is called to be a model of faith-based leadership; teaching others that an individual’s faith journey must continue outside of the Church.

Over 30 years in ministry, Ruth Willard has served in many different capacities. Through March for Jesus, she has learned how to impact cities and call the church beyond its walls. Years of biblical studies, healing ministry, and working for the PA Senate have prepared her for today. Founder of KEY Fellowship, a group of hungry worshippers, intercessors, and lovers of God. This is an apostolic prophetic ministry with a heart to see God’s people demonstrate His Kingdom on earth.

Pastors John and Needra are natives of the DMV area. Pastor Needra was saved at the tender age of 9 under Dr. TL Lowery. Pastor John received Jesus Christ at the age of 23 while in the midst of riotous living. They both attended the River University in Tampa, FL under Drs Rodney and Adonica Howard-Browne. They graduated with Bachelor’s Degrees. Pastors John and Needra went forth to advance their education and received their Master’s Degrees in Theology. They started the Living Water Church in November of 2016 in Arlington, VA. Shortly thereafter they moved the Church to Washington, DC in 2017. Their mission has been to reveal the Good News of Jesus Christ, develop a culture of prayer and intercession, heal the sick, and Evangelize lost souls in the DMV and to the ends of the World.
